Job Scope / Description:
* Provide leadership and direction to ensure execution of marketing plans and development of new initiatives and campaigns.
* Identify and analyze market trends, competitor insights and formulate recommendations in support of new strategic initiatives based on the insights.
* Develop annual Marketing Plans and budgets in line with an overall strategy. Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities.
* Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
* Drive revenue through effective use of digital campaigns, webinars, events, and sales enablement material
* Assist to manage customer data and analyze interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.

Job Requirements:
* Min. of 4-5 years of experience in Marketing Management, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis
* Preferably experienced in working in an MNC, IT or Finance industry.
* Knowledge of various social platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Wix
* Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred
* Ability to work both independently and in a team, self motivated and excel in a fast-paced working environment.
* Possess excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
